PRIVACY POLICY

Last Updated: September 1, 2026
1. Scope and responsible business
This Privacy Policy explains how 9Devy LLC, doing business as Devy Services (“Devy Services,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit https://devylobby.com/, place an order, join or use our Discord server, open a support ticket, communicate with staff, or use our digital products and services.
This Policy applies to information we control. Discord, SellAuth, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, game publishers, console networks, and other third parties may collect and process information under their own policies. Review those policies separately.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:
A. Identifiers and contact information
This may include your name, Discord username, Discord user ID, email address, social handle, gamertag, platform identifier, and other contact details you choose to provide.
B. Order and transaction information
This may include products or services purchased, order number, price, currency, transaction status, billing or tax details, invoice information, refund history, and payment-provider transaction identifiers. Payment-card information is generally handled by the payment processor. Do not send a full card number, CVV, bank login, or financial-account password through Discord or a support ticket.
C. Service and account information
This may include the game, platform, service selections, account identifiers, requested settings, progress details, compatibility information, and limited access information reasonably necessary to fulfill a specific order. We do not need your payment-card credentials to provide a game-related service.
D. Communications and submitted content
This may include support tickets, Discord messages, emails, order notes, screenshots, reviews, vouches, testimonials, feedback, and other content you voluntarily send to us.
E. Technical and usage information
Our website, storefront, hosting providers, and third-party tools may automatically receive information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, approximate location, referral source, pages viewed, timestamps, cookies, logs, and security events.
F. Fraud, security, and dispute information
This may include order-risk signals, account-security information, abuse reports, chargeback or payment-dispute information, communications related to a disputed transaction, and records used to protect customers, staff, systems, and the business.
We do not intentionally request sensitive personal information unless it is reasonably necessary and lawfully permitted. Please do not send health information, government identification, full payment-card details, bank credentials, or unrelated sensitive information through our support channels.
3. How we collect information
We may collect information:
- Directly from you when you place an order, open a ticket, contact support, submit a review, or use the website.
- Automatically from your browser, device, cookies, logs, and security tools.
- From service providers that process payments, host the storefront, provide ticketing, prevent fraud, or support communications.
- From third parties when necessary to verify an order, investigate a payment dispute, respond to abuse, or comply with law.
4. How we use information
We may use information to:
- Provide, deliver, troubleshoot, and support purchased products and services.
- Process payments, refunds, invoices, taxes, and order records.
- Verify orders, account authorization, eligibility, and service requirements.
- Communicate about orders, delays, updates, security issues, and support requests.

- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims and respond to lawful requests.
- Comply with tax, accounting, legal, regulatory, and law-enforcement obligations.
Where applicable, our processing may rely on performance of a contract, your consent, legitimate business interests, compliance with legal obligations, or protection of people and systems.
5. How we disclose information
We do not sell personal information for money. We may disclose information when reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:
- Payment processors, storefront providers, invoicing tools, and fraud-prevention providers.
- Discord and other communication, ticketing, hosting, support, or software providers.

- A successor, buyer, or transaction party if Devy Services or substantially related assets are reorganized, sold, transferred, or merged.
We do not authorize service personnel to use customer account information for unrelated purposes. We do not share payment-card credentials through Discord. If our actual practices change, this Policy will be updated before or when required by law.
6. Cookies and similar technologies
The website, storefront, hosting providers, analytics tools, and embedded services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, or similar technologies for essential functionality, security, preferences, analytics, and marketing. Your browser or device may allow you to block or delete some technologies, but certain storefront or security features may not work correctly.
The specific cookies and tools used may change as the website changes. Where required, we will provide any consent choices and notices required by applicable law.
7. Account-access information and retention
If account access or temporary credentials are reasonably necessary for a specific service, we will use them only for the limited purpose of completing that order. We will use reasonable safeguards and will delete, disable, or de-identify access information when it is no longer reasonably necessary, subject to lawful recordkeeping, backups, security logs, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, dispute resolution, and legal obligations.
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, comply with law, and protect the business. Retention periods may vary by information type and legal requirement.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and risks involved. No website, platform, transmission, storage system, or method of electronic communication is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security or prevent every unauthorized access event.
You can reduce risk by using unique passwords, enabling multi-factor authentication, not reusing credentials, avoiding public channels for sensitive information, and promptly reporting suspected account compromise. If we become aware of a legally reportable security incident, we will provide notices required by applicable law.
9. Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to our business or processing, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or information about personal data, or to opt out of certain marketing, sale, sharing, or profiling activities. You may also have rights concerning sensitive information, appeals, or nondiscrimination.
To submit a request, open a ticket at https://discord.gg/devylobby and write Privacy Request in the request, or contact [INSERT MONITORED LEGAL OR PRIVACY EMAIL]. We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect against unauthorized requests. We may deny or limit a request when an exception applies, including where retention is required for a transaction, security, fraud prevention, legal claim, or legal obligation.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right that applies to you. If applicable law gives you a right to appeal a decision, the response will explain how to do so.
If you are a California resident and the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies to our business or processing, additional notices and rights may apply, including rights to know, correct, delete, limit certain sensitive-information uses, and opt out of sale or sharing where applicable. We will provide any legally required California-specific notice or method.
10. Children’s privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it when legally required. Customers under 18 may use a service only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required.
11. International visitors
Our business and service providers may be located in the United States or other jurisdictions. If you use the website from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or another country whose privacy laws may differ from those in your location. We will use legally required safeguards where applicable.
12. Third-party links and services
Our website, Discord server, tickets, product pages, and communications may link to or use third-party services. We do not control third-party privacy practices, security, content, or availability. A third party’s own policy and terms apply to information it collects directly.
13. Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we use information, we will provide any notice required by law. Your continued use after the effective date means the updated Policy applies to future interactions, subject to applicable law.
