REFUND POLICY
All sales are final. By purchasing, you agree to the following:
1. NO REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases are non-refundable once the service has started or been delivered.
2. SERVICE ISSUES
If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us via Discord immediately. We will work to resolve the issue.
3. ELIGIBLE REFUNDS
Refunds may only be issued if:
• The service cannot be delivered
• The order was not started
4. CHARGEBACKS
Any chargebacks or disputes will result in:
• Permanent ban from all services
• Blacklisting from future purchases
5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
Failure to follow instructions (joining Discord, opening ticket, providing info) does not qualify for a refund.
6. DELIVERY DELAYS
Delays due to high demand do not qualify for refunds.
